Thai Student Association (TSA) at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor is a student-run organization founded in 1950 with 50-70 members on average each year, varying from currently enrolled students, visiting scholars, and research fellows. We aim to create stronger bonds amongst not only Thai students in the university of Michigan, but also people from Thailand and those from other countries that are interested in Thai culture. To achieve such purpose, we organize a number of cultural events throughout the year, including our flagship event, annual Thai Night, and engage in related community service.
- To promote Thai culture through interactive outreach activities
- To encourage diversity awareness in neighborhood areas
- To unite Thai people in Michigan into a solid community
- To strengthen the relationships between our Thai community to other both Thai and foreign communities
